Contemporary binding: sprinkled calf, boards with a light calf border and frames of blind fillets (one with fleurons in the angles) and one roll-stamp, blind stamped spine on raise bands (upper board detached, rubbed, turn ins lacking, corners strongly dulled).

First edition of the translation (1st Latin ed. : Rome, 1593) illustrated with 1 engraved title by P. Tempest after I.
