Hinged at upper edge.
Detailed map, incl. numerous isles off the coasts, e.g. Cape Verde, Saint Helena, Madagascar, etc., the Arabian peninsula and the coast of India. With an elaborate title cartouche of a seated, native woman with a lion, snake and elephants. Only 1 publication known: "Le Nouveau Théâtre du Monde ou La Geographie Royale" in 1713. Verso blank.
