Manuscript, 40 x 58 cm, pen and brown ink on laid paper, hand-coloured (used with some tears and sm. holes).
Pictorial map of the centre of Deinze with former cloister, the neighbouring land with new and old road infrastructure, the names of its land-owners, a wooden bridge crossing the river Lys (?) and some walking people and a dog.
