First edition of this rare, amusing text by the Brussels author and bookseller J. de Grieck (1628-1699), in which he aims to show that “alles wat de wereldt behelst, niet anders en is als ydelheydt en sottigheydt”, using mostly comic anecdotes as proof of the foolishness of all kinds of people.
