Contemp. calf, gilt border on covers (corners bumped and rubbed, covers repaired?), gilt orn. spine with 7 raised bands (joints splitting, def. at head and tail), marbled endpapers, red edges.

Profusely illustrated account of the 1735 Jubilee commemorating the (antisemitic) legend about sacrilegious attacks by Jews on the sacred Hosts in 1369, with remarkable architecture plates (some signed by Harrewijn and Krafft). Illustrated with 26 (20, 6) etched plates in armorial Rococo woodcut borders and 24 (18, 6) etched plates representing triumphal arches (1 with "Manneken-Pis"), 4 folding. Woodcut front. & 2 woodcut plates (of which one folding).
