Parchment (52 x 66 cm), in French, sign. "Par l'Empereur et Roÿ vu son Conseil, J.A. Snellinck", large armorial red wax seal pending (some minor parts missing).
Under old cardboard box covered by block-printed paper (sl. used).
Nice, very readable document, sign. by Jean André Snellinck (1664-1729), lord of Betecom and Rivieren (Aarschot), secretary to the State Council. The granting is addressed to François Bosselaer (1661-1733) and his wife Marianne (or Marie-Anne) Boets, citizens of Mechelen.
