Etching, 21 x 30 cm, laid paper with unidentified watermark, signed in plate at lower edge "Francisque Pinxit Avec Privilege du Roy".
Under passe-partout. A good impression with sl. soiled plate edges.
Rustic landscape with bridge and a barge on the river. First state (of 2). Francisque Millet (1642-1676), also known as Jean-François Millée, was an Antwerp-born landscape painter of the French Baroque, and the son-in-law of Abraham Genoels.
