An original sketch by the great Brazilian architect for the famous Praça dos Três Poderes in Brasilia. The sketch explores the first design ideas for the acclaimed pigeon house sculpture at the centre of the square and provides a unique insight into the creative process of the world-renowned architect. At the lower right, Niemeyer drew his eye to indicate a low viewpoint, hence the title of the drawing.
