Diameter: 11 cm, with 2 polar calottes and 12 chromolithographed gores (a sm. lack of paper).
Mounted on an ebonized wooden stand, overall height and width: 11 and 9 cm.
French terrestrial pocket globe. The equatorial graduated, the oceans marked with major currents, navigation routes shown in red, some with their journey time in days. The continents shaded green, pink, yellow and orange with national boundaries. Engraved by A. Soldan and published between 1928 and 1930.
