Beautiful reproduction, on strong paper, of a selection of 100 drawings in the sizes and colours of the originals, of one of the most famous codices of the Ambrosian Library (Milan), with a "Presentation" in Italian, French, English and German. The drawings have been reproduced on one side of each page, as in the original codex which consists of 224 plates containing 248 drawings, mostly by Italian artists, collected by Sebastiano Resta (1635-1714), scholar and art collector.
