Poster, 70 x 110 cm, in German-Dutch-French.
The "General-Gouvernement" claims that "Das deutsche Volk hat von alters her die Kunstwerke und Denkmäler der Vergangenheit in höschsten Ehren gehalten, gleichgültig, ob sie sich auf deutschem oder fremdem Boden befanden" and that he is not responsible for the destruction (the French and Allies are) of Diksmuide, the churches of Mesen, Wytschaete, Hollebeke, Langemarck, Poelcapelle, Becelaer, Vladsloo, Eessen, Westroosebeke, etc., nor of the châteaux of Hollebeke and Voormezeele, Westende and other cities of the "front maritime", the villages from Armentières to Arras, the church "de la Bassée" and Saint Pierre de Roye, castles in the surroundings of Noyon (for example le manoir de Larbroye), the abbey of Ourscamp, the churches of Brimont and Bourgogne and of the churches, houses and villages in the region of Saint-Mihiel.
