1.-2. Sherry Young performing at the Folies Bergère, a cabaret music hall located in Paris. One with stamp "Photo Dalmas". Around the year 1961, Sherry Young "sashayed onstage at Paris' Folies Bergère in a brief costume and a huge headpiece. Cavorting, whirling, wriggling, she captivated the first night audience with a dazzling display of the fleshy artistry dear to the heart of Parisians" (Ebony). 3.-4. Large groups of dancers on scene in Folies Bergère . - 5.-6. Performances at the Scala in Berlin: Photo Acta - "Das goldene Spinnennetz", played by the Martha Western-Truppe and "Kopflose Geschichten", variety-dancing art by Ernst Matray. Label of "Photo Acta" or stamp verso. - 7. Quinio, Alex - "Yoko Tani walking up the stairs in the "Casino de Paris"". Photographer's stamp on verso. Tani (1928-1999) was a French-born Japanese actress and nightclub entertainer. - 8. Weitzmann - Aut. signed photo to Roels (by: illegible) showing a fantasy scene.
