Obl. 4to: [8]-517-[11] pp. (title browned with lower corner repaired, (mostly marg.) damp stains, wormhole in p. 191, offsetting from engr. on pp. 483 and 489).
Mod. vellum, spine with raised bands, blue spr. edges (sl. rubbed).
First Latin oblong edition, same text as the 1613 Latin ed. by Blaeu of the "Descrittione". Engr. ill.: armorial pl. of the 17 Provinces opposite p.1, 106 maps and views (variant ed. of Guicc. Illustratus n. 14) and printer's mark on title. Without the map of the county of Namur, which is often a blank page. In our copy, the view of the city of Namur is printed twice (on pp. 488 and 489), the map of Artois and pl. of Arras are replaced by text but the map of Flanders is present.

Prov. "Templi B[ohe]mien[sis] Virginis Mariae in Sancto Monte ad Prijbram [Příbram] Societis Jesu [...] Praenob[ilis] Domini Joan. Bapt[sit]a Camel. Svatá Hora is a Roman Catholic pilgrimage in the town of Příbram (Czech Republic). The Jesuits established themselves in Svatá Hora in 1647 were they remained until 1773 and built various buildings including a collegium (ms. entry dated 1703). - "Catalogu inscriptus anno 1767" (ms. note).
