2 parts in one vol., folio: [18]-636-[20], [16]-506-[18]-58 pp. (some browning).
Contemp. panel-stamped pigskin over wood, ink-titled spine with raised bands (clasps and catches gone).
Later, but first complete ed. by the Italian physician C. Musitano (1635-1714). Ill. with an engr. front. portrait and full-page pl. in the 2nd part. Woodcut vign. on each title. First title in red & black. Printed in 2 col.
