1. First voyage: Hawkesworth, J. - Relation des voyages entrepris par ordre de sa Majesté britannique [...]; pour faire des découvertes dans l'hémisphère méridional, et successivement exécutés par le commodore Byron, le capitaine Carteret, le capitaine Wallis et le capitaine Cook dans les vaisseaux le Dauphin, le Swallow et l'Endeavour. The 5th vol. "Observations", written by J.R. Forster and dealing with geography, atmospheric science and vegetation is illustrated with a South Sea map according to Tahitian sources and a linguistic table. A 2nd linguistic table in vol. 4. Ref.
