Lot description
1 f. (24,5 x 65,5 cm), on vellum, in French (seal missing).
The grant is delivered for a period of ten years and concerns the sale and purchase of grain, wine, beer and other commodities ("[...] grains, vins, biere et aultres denrees y venduz, et acheptees [...]"). The money collected should be used for the repair and maintenance of the pavement of the road and entrance of the town of Neigem and no other place ("[...] a la reparation et entretenement des pavemens chaussée et entree de lad(icte) ville de Meyghem et non ailleurs [...]"). Countersigned on verso "D'Enghien" (= Guillaume d'Enghien, secretary to the Private Council).
