Jottrand (1883-1957) was a Brussels artist active between 1910 and 1930, known for his nature studies and marine paintings.
Joined: 1. Roos, Johann Heinrich (attributed to) - Study of trees. German school, late 17th c. Drawing, pen and black ink, grey wash, 17 x 17,5 cm, laid paper with watermark (Heawood: 1299), unsigned. Under frame. Prov. Jean-Paul Meulemeester, Brussels art dealer (label on verso). - 2. Anonymous - Landscape with trees. Drawing, pen and brown ink, brush with sepia wash, heightened with white, 14 x 19 cm, signed with initials N.O.F. and dated "1828" in brown ink at bottom.
