Lot description

Folio (19,5 x 16 cm): bifolium, on vellum, in Latin, 39 ll. in 2 columns, written in a red and brown Gothic hand, capitals touched in red, paragraph marks in red (first f. trimmed, soiled).

Contains a sermon on Saint Michael by the Silesian Dominican friar Peregrine of Opole (° 1260) and another sermon about Saint Dominic. This work was probably transcribed in a Dominican milieu.
Prov. Antonius de Juslenville, pastor of Louaguet (?) (ms. entry, 1627).
