Mod. decorative boards (silvery grey crocodile textured paper), flat spine (trimmed with small lack to marginalia).

Curious "Treatise on the Souls", on their manifestation (not always in incarnate physical form), and on how to communicate with them. With references to various authors. The Cistercian Jacobus de Paradisio (c. 1381-1465), also known as Jacobus de Clusa or Jacob of Jüterbogk, was abbot of Paradiz in Poland. He lectured at the University of Erfurt, of which he was rector in 1456. Printed in gothic type. Ref.
