Very rare first edition of this work on domestic and rural economy, veterinary medicine and agriculture by the Swiss agronomist D. Pfluguer (1777-1824). Ill. with 12 engr. fold. pl. by E. Collin showing garden tools, hand ploughs, greenhouse designs, etc. Pfluguer devoted his life to agriculture and the cultivation of crops and the theory of this art.
