Publ. ivory silk embroidered with silver thread and coloured sequins, central oval gouache representing a rose inscribed in a guirlande of ribbons and branches, a.e.g., [17] ff. interfoliated with some white ff. Sl. used otherwise very good copy.

Very scarce almanac containing a calendar printed in black and red and some riddles ("énigmes"). Ill. with 13 engraved plates presenting various vignettes or portraits ("Le Lion hollandois", Louis King of France, Joseph II, etc.) with engr. text celebrating Peace. Small size circular armorial bookplate Vicomte de Savigny de Moncorps i.e. René de Savigny de Moncorps (1837-1905), a member of the Société des Bibliophiles françois, famous for his collection of 18th c. almanacs.
