2 vol., folio: [22 incl. engr. title]-600, [2]-601/1223-[40] pp.; 52 pl. (marg. dampst. in the 1st part and on the last ff. of vol. 1, occ. spotting).
Contemp. mottled sheep, covers with double gilt-ruled border and elaborated central gilt ornament, gilt-orn. spines with raised bands, gilt sides and inner dentelles, a.e.g. (spine sl. rubbed, corners bumped). Large paper copy.
Second, augmented, ed. (1st 1694-1693) of this nice illustrated historical and topographical work on Amsterdam by Commelin (1636-1693). Engr. ill.: title by G.v. Gouwen after P.
