Fourth Aldine edition (1st 1542) of the dialogues of Speroni (1500-1588), one of the central members of Padua's literary Accademia degli Infiammati. Edited by his friend Daniele Barbaro (1514-1570), humanist, translator and commentator of Vitruvius. Aldine mark on title and reverse of last leaf. Printed in italics; capital spaces with guide-letters.
