Beautiful, large watercolour by the French Guillaume Dubufe (1853-1909). He was the son of a painter and a sculptor, and produced ceiling paintings at major venues in Paris such as the Comédie-Française, Hôtel de Ville and Élysée. His hôtel particulier in Paris was later bought by Jean-Jacques Herner and is now a museum. Dubufe is burried at Père-Lachaise in a sculpted tomb by Albert Bartholomé.
