Drawing, pen, black ink and watercolour, laid paper, on 2 sheets, together c. 95,5 x 126,8 cm (some sm. marg. tears without loss, sm. brown stain in lower right corner, some light soiling (mostly at the sides), few tiny spots).
Mounted on cloth (edges sl. frayed).
Very large, beautifully drawn, cadastral plan, depicting in great detail the village Heindonk (Willebroek), south of the river Rupel. In total, 71 lots are numbered on the plan, with a short description and dimensions given in the table. It already mentions the castle De Bocht ("Hof den Boucht"), the castle replacing an older castle that had fallen into disrepair and had been demolished in 1812. It also includes the windmill and the local church. Commissioned by the widow of Charles-Ignace d'Oultremont de Wégimont (1753-1803), Anne-Henriette de Neuf d'Aische (1757-1830), who inherited many grounds in Heindonk of her father, Simon Joseph Charles de Neuf. Enregistered by the "Recerveur" de Coninck on the 13th December 1831.
