2 vol., 4to: lxiv-347, 355-[5] pp.; 18 pl. (occ. staining or sl. foxing, some pp. sl. yellowish, last part of vol. II very browned, one marg. damp stain and foxing in the same part).

Contemp. three-quarter vellum, paper boards, spines with raised bands, red spr. edges ((damp) stains, some wormholes and wormtracks).

First Italian translation by Carlo Amoretti and Angelo Fumagalli illustrated with 18 plates by Carlo Antonio Aspari and Girolamo Mantelli, 21 headpieces, 13 tailpieces and 2 title-vignettes figuring statues, coins, vases, etc. Copy printed on bluish paper.
