Engr., on 2 sheets, together 48,5 x 66,5 cm (few sm. spots, trace of an older restoration at lower right side with very min. loss, light creases at the right side of central fold).
Mounted on cloth. Hinged at upper edge. Under passe-partout.
Large map of Antwerp, with the profiles of many monuments nicely depicted (o.a. Cathedral of Our Lady, the "Vleeshuis" and St. James' Church) and numerous boats on the Scheldt. With at the bottom an explanatory legend, with 6 numbers, in Latin and Dutch, and a smaller legend in cartouche in right upper corner. An anonymous copy used in Le Roy's "Notitia Marchionatus Sacri Romani Imperii [...]", "Castella et praetoria nobilium Brabantiae [...]" and "Brabantia illustra [...]". Verso not visible.
