Second ed. (1st 1685) of this collection of Dutch biblical poetry, the major work of L. Bake (1629-1702). Engr. ill.: a large mark on title and 3 (of 12) folding pl. by Jan Lamsvelt. Bake studied in Utrecht from 1647, and later liked to be called lord of Wulverhorst, a manor bought by his father in 1671.
