Contemp. limp vellum, flat spine with ink-title label (very rubbed, staining on front cover, spine def.).
First edition of the translation of St Jerome's letters by the Florentine poet Giovanni Francesco Zeffi (1481?-155.?), preceptor to Lorenzo di Piero de' Medici. Printer's mark on title and larger at colophon.
