Contemp. sheep, gilt-orn. flat spine, renewed endpapers (corners def., rebacked (?), spine rubbed, def. on covers).
Later edition, before publ. under the title "The useful family herbal", by the English composer, actor and botanist Sir John Hill (1714-1775). Ill. with 54 hand-coloured engravings.
