Good impressions with wide margins. Good condition. In later vellum (sm. defect on spine).

Complete set (title plate [= n. 1], n. 2-51) of the large series from the Annunciation to the Resurrection of Christ designed by Maarten de Vos (1532-1603) and engraved by various Antwerp printmakers. Title plate 2nd state (of 4) with the dedication by Hans Adriaensz. and Carel Collaert, but before the address of Joannes Galle. All plates with number and address of Adriaen Collaert (i.e. before Theodoor and/or Joannes Galle).
