Etching, 25,5 x 18,7 cm, laid paper with watermark (crowned double-headed eagle), signature and address "Ant: van Dycke pinxit. / Jo. Meyssens excudit. / W: Hollar fecit.", dated 1649, Latin text (hinges still present on verso).
Good impression with wide margins. Excellent condition.
Charming portrait of Charles II (1630-1685) aged 19 after the painting by Anthony van Dyck (1599-1641) in Newport (Rough Point Museum, inv. 1999.648).
