Cooper (c. 1780-c. 1840) was a draughtsman, architect and painter. From 1792-1830 he regularly exhibited in London, e.g. at the London British Institute and in the Royal Academy. His works often show architectural designs and views from England, France and Italy. The quality of his drawings is very fine.
