Limited edition to 88 copies. This is one of the 75 on paper, printed in red & black in Brook (unnumb. copy). Ill. with 2 four colour engr. historiated initials designed and engr. by Lucien Pissarro. The 43 initials in red and 2 tailpieces and pressmark in b/w are designed by Lucien and engraved by E. Pissarro. In this edition of "Riquet à la houppe" the first version is by Ch. Perrault and the second, taken from a manuscript in the Mazarine Library, Paris, is by an unknown author of the 17th c.
