Beschrijving lot
Very small engraving, circular, 2,5 cm; not signed, contemp. hand-col. Pasted by one side under passe-partout. Good copy.
Possibly a fragment of a larger engraving (or of a copy of it) i.e. "Lamentation of Christ", 15 x 9,7 cm, surrounded by 6 small circles with scenes of the Life of Christ, by Master S i.e. Sanders Alexander van Brugsal (Brussels xx-1545). Ref. Cp. Hollstein XIII, p. 158, 217.
