First ed. of the translation of Ovid’s "Metamorphoses" by Joost van den Vondel (1587-1679), with a nicely engr. title by Abraham Bloteling (1640-1690), after P.K. (i.e. Philips Koning?) and 15 engr. in-text. Heraldic vignette at the beginning of the dedication to Diederik Buisero, dean of the collegiate church of Eindhoven and secretary of Vlissingen.
