Contemp. vellum, flat spine, sp. edges. Very good copy.

Important and still useful edition by the Lutheran theologian and historian G.C. Joannis (1658-1735) of German historical documents, such as medieval charters from Cologne, Aschaffenburg, Eppenstein (Styria), letters written by emperors, cardinals, bishops etc. With indexes of persons, places and subjects. Double-page title in red and black. Engr. view of the Monastery of Disibodenberg (Rheinland-Pfalz), and 3 folding tables outside collation.
