Two bifolia from a large Latin vellum manuscript, c. 27/28 x 40 cm, written in black/brown ink, in 2 columns (1 column of each bifolium vertically cropped). In good condition (removed from bindings, with a few sm. holes, borders stained).
Interesting, but hard to read fragments, on account of the scholastic copyist habits of drastically abbreviating each word. Apparently fragments from or about the scholastic philosopher Henry of Ghent (1217-1293), i.a. "explic(iunt) .6. (?) disputacio(nes) de q(uodlibet) (?) mag(ist)ri h(enric)i de gand(avo) arch(idiaconi) torn(acensis)" and "q(uaesti)o(nes) .33.". Decoration: some rubrication, 3 two-line initials in red/blue, one with red penwork extending along inner margin between 2 columns.
