Extremely rare ed., possibly printed in Germany - one of a number of undated and unlocalized editions; this one with woodcut imperial arms on title. The present copy agrees with the digitized copy 4 Gs Flugschr. 47c of the Staats- und Stadtbibliothek Augsburg (BSB, Google Books). The text is an abridged Latin adaptation, by Mercurino Gattinara (?), of the speech of Pedro Ruiz de la Mota, bishop of Badajoz, to the Cortes of Santiago de Compostela on 31 March 1520, titled "The Address of Charles, King of the Romans, in the Spanish Cortes, immediately before his Departure", i.e. on his move from Spain to Germany after his election as German Emperor.
