Drawing, grey wash, 21 x 25,5 cm, laid paper, unsigned (trimmed to border).
Under frame.
Lovely depiction of a village square of an unidentified Dutch town. The use of grey wash, the composition with a low horizon and the rendering of foliage and shadows remind us of the manner of the Dutch painter and draftsman Cornelis Pronk (1691-1759), famous for his detailed topographical drawings of Dutch towns.
