This double number from Verve (vol. VIII, n. 33/34) contains the drawings made by the Russian-French artist and early modernist Marc Chagall between 1930 and 1955 on biblical themes. Comprises 105 reproductions in b/w (printed by Draeger Frères) and, specially designed for this volume, 16 lithographs in colour and 12 in black (printed by Mourlot Frères), a title and a cover in colour.
