Charles VI announces to Philipp Ludwig Wenzel von Sinzendorf (1671-1742), Court Chancellor responsible of foreign affairs of the Habsburg Monarchy, that Simon Carl von Poligny, a Burgundian, brings him a project for Franche-Comté to be annexed with the agreement of "die Seepotenzien und andere daran theilnehmende mächten" (of the maritime powers and other powers concerned).
