Nice series of "snapshot" portraits of Anseele (1856-1938), famous Belgian socialist politician of Ghent, alone or with people in a garden. The Studio Stone was founded in Brussels in 1931 by Sasha Stone (1895-1940), photographer born in Russia then American, and his Belgian wife Cami.
