First and only edition of this stand-alone sequel to the famous "Leerzaame Zinnebeelden" (1st 1714) of Spinniker (1676-1754). Engr. ill.: front., large title vign., 30 emblems in text by V. van der Vinne in the 1st part and 4 emblems by J.C. Philips in the 2nd part. The emblems show scenes of daily life, professions, interiors and animated landscapes. One of the emblems depicts a lawn game, probably pall mall.
