Various sizes, on paper and vellum, in Dutch and French, a few with pendant seals (some seals missing).
An interesting set of documents witnessing the functioning of the economy at the end of the Ancien Regime: notarial deeds, letters of annuity and of transfer of inheritance, notes, loans, receipts, etc. Some names: Charles Guillaume Alegambe, Idesbalde Baudequin de Peuthy, Marie de Lannoy, the Abbot of St. James on Coudenberg, Théodore de Thiennes, Marie Madelaine Rose vander Gracht, etc. Some places: Bruges, Brussels, Estaimbourg (Hainaut), Ghent, Léancourt (Hainaut), Mechelen, etc.
