Fourth plate of the series of the Seven Sins (7 pl.), depicting Envy as an old woman eating her heart out, adorned with a necklace of a double snake. The profile bust is decorated with a magnificent strapwork cartouche with four woeful putti in the corners. With engr. text in lower margin. Good dark impression of the only state.
