Receipt from Jeanne de Wavrin for the payment by Robin le Prevost of the "relief" on the land of Gamand, in recognition his continuing to benefit from the property rights he inherited from his father. 2 Aug. 1416. 1 f. Jeanne de Wavrin (ca. 1380-ca. 1442), Lady of Fromelles and Berguette, was the daughter of Robert VII de Wavrin (ca. 1363-1415), former chamberlain by Duke John the Fearless, and half-sister of Jean de Wavrin (ca. 1400-ca. 1474), medieval French chronicler and wealthy bibliophile.-- 2-4.
