191 drawings, pencil, 20,5 x 13,5 cm, tracing paper, pasted on oblong notebook, 64 watercoloured (partly or entirely), ms. captions (some def. to support ff.).

Preparatory drawings (64 coloured or partly coloured) for the publication in Ghent in 1835-1840 (2 vol., 4to). Accompanied by captions which were also printed in the work and more extended. Drawings numbered (plates and issue), some showing some ms. remarks made by De Vigne.
