Illustrated by Ch. Ricketts with 3 woodcut plates, accompanied with captions printed in red. It is the last book published by Hacon and Ricketts. Printed in red & black in King's font. Edition limited to 240 unnumbered copies (incl. 10 on vellum), one of the 230 on Arnold's hand-made paper (150 being for sale in England).
