Oil on canvas, 43 x 32,5 cm, unsigned (two lacunae with losses of paint and varnish, several scratches, minor cracks in varnish).

In gilt wooden frame.

Saint Anthony seduced by a voluptuous woman, while being distracted from his devotional lecture by several monsters and hellish creatures. The picture is attributed on the frame to David III Ryckaert (1612-1661), but the execution bears little resemblance to other signed and attributed works by Ryckaert.
